Why The Coziest?

This blog isn't about reviewing the best, most well-crafted cups of coffee in Los Angeles--I'll leave that to the LA Times.  Rather, it's my search for the best, most comprehensively cozy coffee shop experience (think: modest but not too small, delicious, warm, perfectly lit, diverse clientele, irresistible and interesting pastry choices).  Sometimes, I'll try the café's coffee; other times, it'll be a chai latté or speciality tea.  Either way, I'll always be on the lookout for the perfect spot for all us Los Angelenos to settle into for a few hours and pretend that we are Jane Austen or  Oscar Wilde, hunkering down to write our next great novel.
